Roosevelt Rough Riders (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Strathmore Spartans (Strathmore, CA), 63-30 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Rough Riders travel to Golden West (Visalia, CA) to play the Trailblazers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Trailblazers come into the bout with a record of 9-4. Golden West won 65-36 in their recent non-league bout against Orosi (Orosi, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Orosi Cardinals (Orosi, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Strathmore will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Cardinals come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 65-36 non-league loss to Golden West (Visalia, CA).
