The Spartans now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Watauga for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. Central Davidson will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Pioneers record now stands at 8-3.

The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts come into the non-league battle with a 6-1 record.
