In Thursday's non-league outing, the St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Branson Bulls (Ross, CA), by a count of 56-55.
The Saints (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. Francis Episcopal (Houston, TX). The go into the non-league outing with a 10-7 record. In their last outing, St. Francis Episcopal was tipped by Episcopal (Bellaire, TX), 58-48, in a non-league outing.
The Bulls now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Roosevelt for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 27. Branson will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 85-49 non-league win over Service (Anchorage, AK). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-1.
