The Leland Panthers basketball team (Leland, IL), was overwhelmed 65-38 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Christian Life Eagles (Rockford, IL)
The Eagles now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkview Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, January 8.
The Panthers (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, Lowpoint-Washburn trounced Leland (Leland, IL), 79-47, in a non-league battle.
