In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Davison Cardinals basketball team scored a tight 78-73 triumph over the River Rouge Panthers.
In their next game, the Cardinals meet the Catholic Central Cougars (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 29. Davison will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record.
