    • Kentucky High School Basketball - Douglass knocked off by Marshall County

    December 21, 2023: Benton, KY 42025

    The Marshall County Marshals basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Douglass Astros to 56 in the Marshals non-league triumph on Thursday.

    The Marshals now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27.

    The Astros (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Columbia Academy (Columbia, TN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Columbia Academy was defeated by McCracken County (Paducah, KY), 60-41, in a non-league contest.
