In Thursday's non-league outing, the Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears (Juneau, AK) basketball squad felled the host Mount Vernon Patriots (Murray, UT), by a margin of 61-43.

The Crimson Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Eagle River (Eagle River, AK). The Wolves go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.

The Patriots now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Utah School for the Deaf & Blind for a 1A Region 21 outing on Wednesday, January 10.
