With the victory, Pinewood Christian upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Westminster Schools of Augusta (Augusta, GA) to play the Wildcats in a GIAA AAAA/AAA District 2 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Wildcats play the Grace Christian Academy Cougars (Bainbridge, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Westwood will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 78-50 non-league loss to North Florida Christian (Tallahassee, FL).
