The Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons basketball team (Wilcox, NE), was overwhelmed 89-52 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE)

The Bulldogs now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandhills/Thedford for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. Shelton will confront a Knights team coming off a 56-50 non-league loss to Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.

The Falcons (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Hampton (Hampton, NE). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Hampton was overwhelmed by Lawrence-Nelson (Nelson, NE), 30-22, in a non-league battle.
