In Thursday's non-league outing, the Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy Dragons (Saginaw, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Akron-Fairgrove Vikings (Fairgrove, MI), by a margin of 54-7.
The Dragons (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Atherton (Burton, MI). The Wolverines go into the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Atherton was trounced by Bendle (Burton, MI), 62-40, in a non-league outing.
The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Au Gres-Sims for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 3. Akron-Fairgrove will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 24-21 non-league loss to All Saints Central (Bay City, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-2.
