    The Brownwood Lions basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Bangs Dragons to 32 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.

    The Lions now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nolan Catholic for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28.

    The Dragons (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Miles (Miles, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region I District 8 contest with a 13-4 record.
