In Thursday's non-league outing, the Battle Creek Braves (Battle Creek, NE) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE), by a margin of 46-22.

The Braves (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Norfolk Catholic smashed St. Francis (Humphrey, NE), 41-39, in a non-league outing.
