Minnesota High School Basketball - Win-E-Mac can't hold off Blackduck

The Blackduck Drakes basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Win-E-Mac Patriots to 31 in the Drakes league triumph on Thursday.
The Drakes now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] for a A Section 8 contest on Thursday, January 4.
The Patriots (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] (Newfolden, MN). The Northern Freeze enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] nudged Red Lake Falls (Red Lake Falls, MN), 70-40, in a non-league contest.
