The Central Spartans basketball team (El Centro, CA), was overwhelmed 58-20 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA)
The Broncos now possess a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cathedral Catholic for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Rancho Bernardo will confront a Dons team coming off a 62-27 non-league win over Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Dons record now stands at 4-3.
The Spartans (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Vista (Vista, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Vista was overwhelmed by Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA), 51-30, in a non-league battle.
