Ohio High School Basketball - Columbus School for Girls knocked off by Madison Plains

The Madison Plains Golden Eagles basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Columbus School for Girls Unicorns to 29 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to London for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Madison Plains will meet a Red Raiders team coming off a 58-21 league loss to Urbana (Urbana, OH). The Red Raiders record now stands at 7-3.
The Unicorns (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Fairbanks (Milford Center, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Fairbanks was outscored by Catholic Central (Springfield, OH), 38-35, in a league contest.
