Florida High School Basketball - Jones ripped by Edgewater

The Edgewater Eagles basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Jones Fightin' Tigers to 29 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calvary Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 16.

The Fightin' Tigers (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Minneola (Minneola, FL). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Lake Minneola was routed by Wekiva (Apopka, FL), 60-42, in a league contest.
