Holland Dutch (Holland, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lee Legends (Wyoming, MI), 61-8 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Holland upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Dutch travel to Muskegon (Muskegon, MI) to play the Big Reds in a Ottawa-Kent - Green bout on Friday, January 5. The Big Reds come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Muskegon won 73-40 in their recent non-league bout against Northview (Grand Rapids, MI)

Next up, the Legends play the Grant Tigers (Grant, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Lee will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 50-42 non-league loss to Cedar Springs (Cedar Springs, MI).
