California High School Basketball - Leland topples Milpitas

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), by a count of 53-45.

The Chargers (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Menlo-Atherton defeated Menlo School (Atherton, CA), 41-37, in a non-league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Independence for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 2.
