    The Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting National Trail Blazers to 28 in the Blackhawks league triumph on Thursday.

    The Blackhawks now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ansonia for a Western Ohio contest on Saturday, December 23. Mississinawa Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 47-25 league win over Bradford (Bradford, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 5-3.

    The Blazers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lockland (Lockland, OH). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record.
