The Staunton River Golden Eagles (Moneta, VA) basketball felled the host Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA), 56-38 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Golden Eagles (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cavaliers go into the Blue Ridge test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Lord Botetourt thwarted Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA), 67-30, in a non-league test.
