The St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO) basketball felled the host Potosi Trojans (Potosi, MO), 54-44 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Lancers (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, MO). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record.
The Trojans now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fredericktown for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 26. Potosi will encounter a Black Cats squad coming off a 60-48 non-league win over Arcadia Valley (Ironton, MO). The Black Cats record now stands at 5-5.
