California High School Basketball - University City trounced by Scripps Ranch

December 21, 2023: San Diego, CA 92122

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Scripps Ranch Falcons basketball team scored a decisive 54-23 triumph over the University City Centurions.

In their next game, the Falcons meet the Eastlake Titans (Chula Vista, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 22. Scripps Ranch will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 5-4 record after their 68-19 non-league win over Mission Bay (San Diego, CA).

With the defeat, University City moves to 6-4 on the year. The Centurions travel to Olympian (Chula Vista, CA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, December 22. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-4. Olympian lost 52-50 in their recent non-league match against Del Norte (San Diego, CA)
