In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Centennial Coyotes soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Glendale Cardinals.
The Coyotes (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Paradise Honors nudged Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Independence (Glendale, AZ). The Patriots come into the 5A Central Valley battle with a 4-3 record.
