In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Edison Vikings soccer squad scored a close 6-0 win over the Fairfield Falcons.
The Vikings (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA). The Cougars go into the San Joaquin Athletic Association battle with a 8-4 record.
The Falcons (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Monticello Empire League battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Vacaville nipped Dixon (Dixon, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
