Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Aliquippa routs Farrell

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Aliquippa Quips basketball team scored a big 78-56 triumph over the Farrell Steelers.

The Quips (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mentor (Mentor, OH). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Mentor smashed Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH), 88-73, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Steelers battle the Chester Charter Scholars Academy Sabers (Chester, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Farrell will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Sabers go into the contest with a 7-1 record after their 100-81 league win over Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA).
