Indiana High School Basketball - Angola holds off Fremont

In Saturday's league contest, the visiting Angola Hornets basketball team scored a close 53-50 triumph over the Fremont Eagles.

The Hornets (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (Fort Wayne, IN). The Saints go into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record.

In their next game, the Eagles confront the La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Fremont will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Slicers go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 59-58 non-league win over Hanover Central (Cedar Lake, IN).
