California High School Basketball - Merced knocked off by Bellflower

In Saturday's non-league test, the Bellflower Buccaneers (Bellflower, CA) basketball squad knocked off the host Merced Bears (Merced, CA), by a score of 58-50.

Next, the Buccaneers encounter the Beckman Patriots (Irvine, CA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 26. Bellflower will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 70-59 non-league win over Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA).
