The Cougars (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Sylmar was trounced by Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA), 98-29, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Coyotes battle the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 23. Buena Park will attempt to better on its 3-10 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 63-44 non-league loss to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA).
