The Wapsie Valley Warriors basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting Cedar Valley Christian Huskies to 62 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Gladbrook-Reinbeck for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Cedar Valley Christian falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 4-3. Maquoketa Valley lost 65-34 in their recent league game against North Linn (Troy Mills, IA)
