The Coahoma County Red Panthers basketball squad (Clarksdale, MS), was nudged 59-57 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Olive Branch Conquistadors (Olive Branch, MS)
With the victory, Olive Branch advances its record to 11-5 on the year. The Conquistadors travel to Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS) to meet the Hawks in a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. The Hawks enter the battle with a record of 11-1. Hartfield Academy won 84-47 in their recent non-league battle against Copiah Academy (Gallman, MS)
The Red Panthers now own a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Panola for a 3A Region 2 battle on Friday, January 3.
