The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars (Winchester, IL) and the host Hamilton Marines (Hamilton, IN), observed West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs]'s basketball team overwhelm Hamilton by a margin of 59-30.

The Cougars (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri-City (Buffalo, IL). The Tornadoes come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Tri-City trounced Pawnee (Pawnee, IL), 57-42, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Marines battle the Garrett Railroaders (Garrett, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Hamilton will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record.
