The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) and the host Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA), observed Mt. Spokane's basketball team knock off Kentwood by a score of 67-57.

The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake City (Coeur d'Alene, ID). The Timberwolves come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Lake City prevailed over Mead (Spokane, WA), 79-73, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Conquerors encounter the Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge, on Friday, December 27. Kentwood will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 71-21 league win over Jefferson (Auburn, WA).
