With the victory, Model advances its record to 3-5 on the year. The Patriots host Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 2-6.

The Yellowjackets now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nicholas County for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Middlesboro will face a Bluejackets squad coming off a 83-19 league win over Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Bluejackets record now stands at 4-2.
