The Providence Christian Academy LIONS basketball team scored 82 points and limited the visiting Varsity Opponent to 54 in the LIONS non-league triumph on Saturday.

The LIONS now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Everglades for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Providence Christian Academy will play a Gators team coming off a 69-31 league win over Nova (Davie, FL). The Gators record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Varsity Opponent falls to 190-753 on the campaign. The travel to Wasatch Academy (Mt. Pleasant, UT) to play the Tigers in a Nike Elite game on Saturday, December 21. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 9-2. Wasatch Academy lost 63-54 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY)
