Georgia High School Basketball - South Paulding holds off Temple

The South Paulding Spartans basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Temple Tigers to 58 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now have a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pope for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4.

With the loss, Temple falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Newnan (Newnan, GA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 8-1. Newnan won 51-42 in their recent non-league game against Callaway (Hogansville, GA)
