Colorado High School Basketball - The Academy nips Standley Lake

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting The Academy Wildcats basketball team scored a close 36-33 win over the Standley Lake Gators.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Thornton (Thornton, CO). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Thornton was tipped by Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO), 39-29, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gators battle the The Academy Wildcats (Westminster, CO) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Standley Lake will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
