The Amity Regional Spartans basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Brookfield Bobcats to 31 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Stamford for a non-league game on Monday, December 23. Amity Regional will confront a Black Knights team coming off a 56-27 non-league win over Immaculate (Danbury, CT). The Black Knights record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Brookfield falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Cromwell (Cromwell, CT) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 1-2. Cromwell lost 54-34 in their recent league game against Morgan (Clinton, CT)
