In Saturday's non-league test, the Indian River Wolves (Philadelphia, NY) basketball squad defeated the host Cortland Purple Tigers (Cortland, NY), by a final score of 45-37.

Next, the Wolves clash with the Notre Dame Jugglers (Utica, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 30. Indian River will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.
