The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) and the visiting Mt. Blue Cougars (Farmington, ME), observed Edward Little's basketball team overwhelm Mt. Blue by a score of 58-18.

The Red Eddies (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME). The Patriots come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Gray-New Gloucester trounced York (York, ME), 59-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Gardiner Tigers (Gardiner, ME) in a A North challenge, on Friday, December 27. Mt. Blue will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 43-39 non-league loss to Greely (Cumberland Center, ME).
