The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Guilford Vikings (Rockford, IL) and the visiting Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), observed Guilford's basketball team edge Evanston by a score of 50-45.

The Vikings (8-3) will now prepare for their bout against Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL). The Mighty Macs go into the non-league bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, Mother McAuley nudged Cary-Grove (Cary, IL), 49-39, in a non-league bout.
