In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Start Spartans basketball team scored a good 56-37 triumph over the Genoa Area Comets.
The Spartans (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Northwood, OH). The Rangers go into the non-league contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Northwood was topped by Ottawa Hills (Toledo, OH), 54-17, in a league contest.

The Eagles go into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 50-38 non-league win over Springfield (Holland, OH).
