Washington High School Basketball - Sammamish triumphant over Interlake

December 21, 2024: Bellevue, WA 98008

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA) and the host Interlake Saints (Bellevue, WA), observed Sammamish's basketball team overwhelm Interlake by a score of 54-29.

The RedHawks (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Seattle (Seattle, WA). The come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, West Seattle trounced Kingston (Kingston, WA), 72-40, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints battle the Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 27. Interlake will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Bayhawks come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 39-37 non-league loss to Edmonds-Woodway (Edmonds, WA).
