The North Community Polars basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Minneapolis South Tigers to 41 in the Polars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Polars now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Roosevelt for a game on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, Minneapolis South falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Camden/Minneapolis North (Minneapolis, MN) to confront the Patriots in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 3-4.
