With the victory, Oakwood advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Lumberjacks travel to Northwestern (Springfield, OH) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 1-8.

The Hornets now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Middletown for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Monroe will face a Middies squad coming off a 51-45 league win over Colerain (Cincinnati, OH). The Middies record now stands at 4-4.
