West Virginia High School Basketball - Summers County holds off Summit Christian Academy

The Summers County Bobcats basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Summit Christian Academy Falcons to 50 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bobcats now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Summers County will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 45-40 non-league win over Rowan County (Morehead, KY). The Pioneers record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Summit Christian Academy falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to New Life Christian Academy (Summersville, WV) to confront the Lions in a Freelance game on Monday, December 30. The Lions go into the game with a record of 0-3.
