The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the West Valley Rams (Yakima, WA) and the host Summit Storm (Bend, OR), observed West Valley's basketball team knock off Summit by a score of 53-35.

The Rams (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Sherwood (Sherwood, OR). The Bowmen come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Sherwood prevailed over Sunset (Portland, OR), 53-16, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Storm encounter the Mountainside Mavericks (Beaverton, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 23. Summit will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Mavericks come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 53-31 non-league loss to Redmond (Redmond, OR).
