Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA) and the host Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA), saw Muir's soccer squad triumph over Jordan by a count of 5-0.

The Mustangs (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Magnolia (Anaheim, CA). The Sentinels enter the non-league battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Magnolia tipped Santiago (Garden Grove, CA), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Cabrillo Jaguars (Long Beach, CA) in a Moore battle, on Thursday, January 9. Jordan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record.
