In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Tournament Opponent ice hockey team scored a close 4-2 triumph over the Springboro Panthers.
The (14-15) will now prepare for their contest against Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Vermont Academy by Canterbury School (New Milford, CT), 5-1, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the Troy Trojans (Troy, OH) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, December 22. Springboro will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Tournament Opponent (, ).
