With the victory, Pioneer advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Leigh (San Jose, CA) to face the Longhorns in a match on Wednesday, January 8. The Longhorns enter the match with a record of 2-2.

The Acorns now own a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakwood for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4.
