The Venture Academy Mustangs basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host McNair Eagles to 54 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Millennium for a game on Saturday, January 4.

With the loss, McNair falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host River Islands (Lathrop, CA) to confront the Riptide in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Riptide go into the game with a record of 3-7.
